All Saints-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church stands prepared for a disaster.
Are you?
The Zaca Fire loomed, threatening our community mid-August just
as All Saints completed the planning process to secure a large delivery
of emergency supplies. On a temporary basis All Saints can now shelter
everyone on our campus and in our neighborhood, as many as 200 people
in a major crisis. As a member of MERRAG (Montecito Emergency
Response and Recovery Action Group) we are also serving
as one of the community’s emergency radio sites.
All Saints’ emergency supplies consist of water, food bars,
tools, medical supplies, safety helmets, stretchers, emergency lamps,
search and rescue equipment, sanitation and comfort supplies. The
supportive parishioners of All Saints-by-the-Sea have donated the
funds needed for all the supplies.
All Saints has enjoyed more than a century of ministry to our community,
serving with exceptional worship, education, and outreach. Many
regard our church building, with its stained glass windows, craftsman
architecture, and location just yards from the beach as one of the
loveliest on the Central Coast. We believe that the building reflects
the spirit of the people who worship in it. If you are traveling
through our community or searching for a church home, you are warmly
invited to worship with us and learn more about All Saints. Please
feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail and we will be delighted
to give you more information. Our phone number is 805.969.4771,
or email us at info@allsaintsbythesea.org or visit our website at
www.allsaintsbythesea.org.
All Saints is located at 83 Eucalyptus Lane (off the San Ysidro
exit 101 freeway). Sunday Worship times are 8:00 a.m. and 10:00
a.m. Weekday worship is Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. and on Thursday at
11:00 a.m. Won’t you please join us?
